Terms and Conditions – U.S. Travel Agency Standards

1. Fares and Pricing

All fares are quoted on a one-way or round-trip basis and include applicable fuel surcharges, service fees, and government-imposed taxes unless otherwise specified. Fares are subject to availability and the rules and restrictions of the issuing airline.

2. Fare Restrictions

Certain airlines may require a minimum Saturday night stay or other conditions to qualify for discounted or promotional fares.

3. Fare Changes and Availability

Displayed fares are based on historical and dynamic pricing data and are subject to change at any time without notice. Traavs does not guarantee the availability of any fare until a ticket has been issued.

4. Reservations and Ticketing

The creation of a reservation does not constitute a fare guarantee. Prices are confirmed only upon full payment and ticket issuance on the same calendar day.

5. Refunds and Changes

Unless otherwise stated by the issuing airline, tickets are non-refundable. Changes may be permitted only in accordance with airline rules and may require payment of a fare difference, airline-imposed penalties, and agency service fees. Approval for changes rests solely with the airline.

6. Airline Fees and Penalties

All airlines impose penalties for changes, cancellations, reissues, or no-shows after ticket purchase. Such penalties are governed exclusively by the airline’s fare rules and conditions.

7. Visa, Passport, and Entry Requirements

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with passport validity, visa, transit, health, and entry requirements of all destination and transit countries. Traavs shall not be liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or related losses due to passenger non-compliance.

8. Post-Purchase Requests

All requests for changes, reissues, or refunds after ticket purchase must be submitted through Traavs and are subject to airline approval, processing timelines, and applicable fees.

9. Promotional and Restricted Fares

Certain promotional or discounted fares may carry additional restrictions, including non-refundability or limited change options. Customers are advised to verify fare rules with a Traavs agent prior to purchase.

10. Reconfirmation of Flights

Passengers are strongly advised to reconfirm flight schedules directly with the issuing airline at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure, as schedules are subject to change.

11. Accuracy of Reservation Information

Customers must review all reservation details, including passenger names, dates, and routing, within twenty-four (24) hours of booking and/or ticket issuance.

12. Responsibility for Errors

Traavs shall not be responsible for errors, discrepancies, or omissions not reported within the twenty-four (24) hour review period.

13. Use of Booking Services

You represent and warrant that you will use the Traavs booking engine solely for lawful and legitimate reservations for yourself or for individuals for whom you are legally authorized to act.

14. Third-Party Travelers

You agree to inform all travelers for whom you make reservations of these Terms and Conditions, including applicable airline rules and restrictions.

15. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided to Traavs is true, accurate, current, and complete.

16. Account Responsibility

If you maintain an account with Traavs, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

17. Limitation of Liability

Traavs acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines. Traavs shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond its direct control.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Traavs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding travel services provided by third-party suppliers.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Traavs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that state.

20. Right to Refuse Service

Traavs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel bookings, or deny access to its services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
